Food for the Skin Defines Holistic Skincare

Whole Plants offer an abundance of amino acids, vitamins, and enzymes which feed the skins holistic system for optimal health and beauty.

Nurturing the skin with lipid oils and essential oils provides food for the skin and nutrients for the body.  The nerves woven through the skin gather and deliver the plant constituents to the central nervous system. This electro chemical exchange nurtures the 8 systems in our body.  Once the chemicals reach the nervous system the bodies physiological design finds its center of balance.

Different plants nurture different physical conditions. 8 out of 20 of the amino acids we have to supplemented for the body to function at its optimal level.  These amino acids are introduced through our diet and are also assimilated by the skin.

Rosemary is a good example of a plant that benefits our health by applying to the skin, eaten as a spice or enjoyed in a beverage.  It eliminates stress, fatigue, pain and it nurtures the cells which carry nutrients to the endocrine system which regulates hormones in the brain. Once this exchange is complete the nerves carry the hormones to the organs in the body.  Rosemary, helps overcome mental fatigued and improves mental clarity and focus. This plant supports the nerves and is a topical analgesic. It nurtures the central nervous system which feeds the brain, endocrine system and neurological system.

There are three types of amino acids that are essential for our skin care.  8 of them our body can absorb by the skin.  They are essential acids and semi-essential acids. Essential acid the body does not produce, we must supplement internally and externally for healthy beauty.   Semi-essential acid is made in the body but can be assimilated externally by the skin. Semi-essential acid and essential acid are important constituents we need for holistic skin care.  Non-essential acids the body produces and does not need to be supplemented. The best food sources we can use to supplement our diet and apply to our skin to maintain the vitality and suppleness we need for healthy skin care are as follows.

Arginine

Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid which the body produces, and it is also absorbed externally by the skin. The virtue of supplementing arginine externally for skin care is its virtuous nature to aid the skin, cartilage and connective tissue for repairing wounds and muscle metabolism. A lack of arginine in your diet is associated with inefficient liver functions causing liver disorders which may debilitate the body and its holistic system. The best food sources are nuts, seeds, whole wheat, brown rice, popcorn, raisins, chocolate and carob. Pumpkin Seed Oil has one of the highest concentrations of arginine.  The medical community classified arginine as a semi-essential amino acid which means it is absorbed from the food we eat and by applying pumpkin seed oil to the skin.

Creation Farm’s, Tanning Cream Moisturizer, contains Pumpkin Seed Oil which is a healthy choice of arginine and zinc.  This is a rich moisturizer with an abundant supply of amino acids, vitamins, antioxidants and enzymes that are absorbed by the skin and assimilated for your health and beauty.  Some adults do not produce enough arginine. If they do not absorb enough from their diet the skin will be depleted of arginine's benefits it offers the skin.  Food for your skin is a natural supplement that offers essential nutrients for healthy beauty.

Anna’s Secret Skin Repairing Serum contains cold pressed seed oils, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Red Raspberry Seed Oil, Black Currant Seed Oil, Black Cumin Seed Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, etc.  Remember, seeds contain arginine.  Skin Repairing Serum is a super food, it replenishes your skin with the essential active constituents your skin needs, antioxidants, amino acids and enzymes, an anti-aging serum for health beauty.

Cysteine

Cysteine contains sulfur, this forms a special bond that maintains the structure of protein in the skin. Cysteine is found in Olive Oil and is one of the ingredients we use in our serums, creams, lotions, salves and soap. Olive Oil is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K. Each vitamin nurtures the skin in its own special way. Vitamin A repairs, Vitamin D an electrolyte delivers nutrients, Vitamin E an antioxidant protects the skin and repairs, Vitamin K mends a cut or wound by coagulating the blood.  Vitamin E helps with skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.  Olive Oil’s antibacterial properties remove bacteria from the skin and eliminates the feeding ground bacteria toxify causing an acne break out. Olive oil penetrates the skin deeply, cleansing impurities while the vitamins are absorbed into the skin cells. Olive oil supports healthy beauty and the skins holistic system.

This serum is designed to maintain a clear complexion and dissolve excess sebum and black heads that build up in the pores. It is also designed for thin skin.  Jojoba is the closest ester to our own sebaceous oil. This nurtures the skin, slow down excess oil production and supports the growth of new skin and collagen.

Aloe Vera

Aloe has an abundance of minerals and they are all absorbed by the skin. The minerals are the building blocks of skin cells. The mineral content in Aloe balances cellular ionic liquids and the electro chemical activity of nerve cells. The nerve cells, or neurons, are specialized to carry electro chemical processes to the nervous system.

Aloe Vera offers a store house of beneficial amino acids, enzymes, hormones, vitamins, and minerals.

Aloe Vera contains 19 of the 20 known amino acids. We produce only 12 of the 20 the other 8 must be consumed via food and or applied to the skin. Remember, essential amino acids the body does not produce, aloe contains 7 of the 8 essential amino acids. They are Lysine, Leucine, Isoleucine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, and Valin.

Aloe Vera also contains 12 non-essential amino acids. They are Alanine, Arginine, Cysteine, Asparagine, Glutamic acid, Glycine, Histidine, Proline, Serin, Tyrosine, Glutamine, and Aspartic acid. The amino acids are important elements involved in the construction of proteins and muscles tissue.

The enzymes in Aloe when applied to the skin reduces inflammation, pain and accelerates wound healing.

Aloe contains two hormones, auxin and gibberellin.  Auxin and Gibberellin, they mend wounds, prevent infection and inflammation.  Gibberellin regenerates cells and stimulates the growth of new skin, it is a growth hormone.

Aloe Vera is a precursor, it gathers nutrients and medicinal constituents.

Lignin a plant fiber,  it has a synergistic bond with nutrients and  chemicals supporting the assimilation of all these constituents in the skin. The skins holistic system continues effortlessly as the nerves collect the chemicals and they flow to the central nervous system for the neurological transfer to specific cells for further processing.

The Saponins have a cleansing and antiseptic effect.  An anti-microbial, this antiseptic protects your skin against viruses, bacteria, and fungi.

The Salicylic Acid  has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It is also a natural painkiller. Its action is gentle with no adverse side effects.

Sterols in Aloe Vera have anti-inflammatory properties and the Lupeol has antiseptic and analgesic effects.

Vitamins in Aloe Vera

Vitamins A, E and C are antioxidants and neutralize free radicals. Thiamine (B 12), Riboflavin (B 2), Niacin (B 3), Pyridoxin (B 6) and Choline supports the skins metabolism. Folate is s natural B vitamin, necessary for proper cell development. While folic acid is the synthetic version of folate and you may find it in some of your skin care products. It works similarly to natural Folate.

Virgin Coconut Oil

Virgin Coconut Oil is a great source of Medium Chanin Fatty Acids (MCFA).  Capric acid, Capryllic acid and Caproic acid and the shorter chain fatty acids allows makes it possible for these fatty acids to be absorbed by the skin without having to be processed internally by the carnitine transport system. Lauric along with capric acid has been added to the list of coconut’s antimicrobial components. (Enig,1999)  50% of the saturated fat is lauric acid and 6-7 % is capric acid, they support the immune system in wiping out viruses and many types of bacteria and all kinds of germs. (Hedge 2009)  Virgin Coconut Oil supports the growth of collagen which thickens the skin and adds a layer of protection from environmental toxins and damaging ultraviolet light. Soft smooth suppleness is another benefit from feeding your skin Virgin Coconut Oil.

 Holistic Skin Care System

The skins holistic system would not be as efficient without the variety of nutrients found in whole plant extracts. The nerves ability to gather the nutrients and chemicals from the skin is due to the natural affinity that takes place between whole plants and whole people. This electro chemical elemental exchange processes and activates the neurons or nerve cells to gather and deliver all the chemicals to the central nervous system, which are then sorted and delivered to our entire body.

Whole plants extracts lipid oils and essential oil nurtures our our own lipid fluids to sustain all our cells. The cells gather nutrients and chemicals from lipid oils once they  enter our lipid fluid for your health and beauty.
